Apex Shears was set up by our MD – Mr. Mohit Agarwal (eldest son of Mr. Rajkumar Agarwal of Galaxy Knives and BVK Nashik who are the pioneers of Industrial Knife Manufacture in India) in 2009 at Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Mr. Mohit Agarwal using his vast experience starting as a young trainee with Voestalpine Bohler in Austria and then to Galaxy Knives, Nashik as well as Apex Knives at Nagpur (having successfully grown Apex Knives Pvt Ltd at Nagpur from a small local company to a much more prominent name) decided that Apex Shears would be setup in Dehradun as a company where quality and precision engineering would catapult Apex Shears to the very pinnacle of success worldwide.
